This toolkit is built for mapping brain entropy using fMRI. It uses several fuctions from ASLtbx
An automated scanning and imaging software that allows for real-time mosaic imaging. This software allows the user to survey, relocate, print, and save microscope images.
Rhodamine phalloidin is a high-affinity F-actin probe conjugated to the red-orange fluorescent dye, tetramethylrhodamine (TRITC).
TSA® Cyanine 3 (Cy3) detection kit, for amplification of signal in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) or in situ hybridization protocols. This kit amplifies by depositing extra Cy3 in the localized area of the probe or antibody.
Veliparib is a potential anti-cancer drug acting as a PARP inhibitor. It kills cancer cells by blocking a protein called PARP, thereby preventing the repair of DNA or genetic damage in cancer cells and possibly making them more susceptible to anticancer treatments. Veliparib may make whole brain radiation treatment work more effectively against brain metastases from NSCLC. It inhibits both PARP1 and PARP2
A software for acquiring, enhancing, and analyzing images with true color imaging and correction.
Opti-MEM® I Reduced-Serum Medium is an improved Minimal Essential Medium (MEM) that allows for a reduction of Fetal Bovine Serum supplementation by at least 50% with no change in growth rate or morphology. Opti-MEM® I medium is also recommended for use with cationic lipid transfection reagents, such as Lipofectamine™ reagent. Opti-MEM® I medium can be used with a variety of suspension and adherent mammalian cells, including Sp2, AE-1, CHO, BHK-21, HEK, and primary fibroblasts. We offer a variety of Opti-MEM® I modifications for a range of cell culture applications.
Mammalian expressed C-terminal FLAG-tagged mouse CTRP3 recombinant proteins
xFITOM is a fully customizable program for locating transcription factor-binding sites in genomic sequences
Antibody: Anti-Dimethyl Histone H3 (Lys4) Antibody (H3K4me2 antibody) Reference: 05-1338 (Milipore) clone CMA303
A detection and analysis program designed to track and aid in the interpretation of spontaneous activities. MiniAnalysis detects various types of peaks, including spontaneous miniature synaptic currents and potentials, action potential spikes, calcium imaging peaks, amperometric peaks, ECG peaks, and the like. The software also performs post detection analysis and provides users with essential plots.
Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to mCherry, concentrated to 1mg/mL in PBS, 50% glycerol and 5mM sodium azide.
Analyze provides an integrated, comprehensive set of tools for the visualization, segmentation, registration and analysis of multidimensional biomedical imaging data. With Analyze, both anatomic structure and associated function can be studied and fused together for synergistic display and measurement of important structure-to-function relationships.
Guidance in protection against potential genomic sequence errors in public eutherian genomic sequences.
A program to improve the measurements of the autoantibodies predictive of type 1 diabetes.
A collection of statistics about specific digestive diseases, including prevalence, mortality, care delivery and cost.
Evrogen #AB233
WT Control C57BL6/NCrl mice from Charles River.
THIS RESOURCE IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. Documented on June 29,2023. Consortium made up of five clinical centers and a data coordinating center. The goal of Teen-LABS is to conduct clinical, epidemiological, and behavioral research in adolescent bariatric surgery, through an observational prospective study protocol. Teen-LABS is an ancillary study to LABS, an observational study of adult bariatric surgery. Research staff, certified in standardized uniform data collection according to the protocol, collect data at pre-operative research visits, at surgery, 30 days and six months post-operative, and annual post-operative research visits at the five participating centers.
Collaborative research network specializing in urological chronic pelvic pain disorders. Project involves conducting research primarily on interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome and chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome and involves researchers from multiple disciplines. MAPP Network includes researchers with clinical, epidemiological, and basic research expertise.
