To facilitate cross-dataset comparison, the Allen Institute created the Common Cell type Nomenclature (CCN) for matching and tracking cell types across studies that is qualitatively similar to gene transcript management across different genome builds. The CCN can be readily applied to new or established taxonomies through a set of user-friendly R scripts, and has been applied to diverse cell type datasets derived from multiple quantifiable modalities. The CCN facilitates assigning accurate yet flexible cell type names in the mammalian cortex as a step toward community-wide efforts to organize multi-source, data-driven information related to cell type taxonomies from any organism.
A lab that validates antibodies.

A software tool to browse cell genomics. The UCSC Cell Browser is an interactive viewer for single-cell expression. You can find a few datasets converted at UCSC in the list on the left. You can also set one up yourself, by installing the package. Exporters to create a Cell Browser from your own data are integrated into Seurat or Scanpy and we provide one for CellRanger and for text files. We are very happy about bug reports or feedback: cells@ucsc.edu. Or open an issue in our GitHub Repo If you use the UCSC Cell Browser in your research, please cite our Bioinformatics paper. If you are also using data from a specific dataset we host, please also cite the original authors of that dataset (visible under 39;Info & Download39;).

We provide collection of 26481 honey bee (Apis mellifera) fore wing images which represent 1725 samples and 13 countries in Europe: Austria, Croatia, Greece, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey. The data contain wing images, raw coordinates of 19 landmarks and geographic coordinates of locations from which samples were collected.
Second generation low noise 16 bit computer interface from Instrutech Corporation. 16-bit Multi-Channel Data Acquisition Interface with PCI or USB host adapter.
EMCCD camera. Facilitated by a fundamental redesign, the iXon Ultra platform takes the popular back-illuminated 512 x 512 frame transfer sensor and overclocks readout to 17 MHz, pushing speed performance to an outstanding 56 fps (full frame), while maintaining quantitative stability throughout. Ultimate Sensitivity is attained through deep thermoelectric cooling down to -100°C and industry-lowest clock-induced charge noise. Rejected; waiting for the submitter letter.
