Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, and segregate wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, GFP+ non-mKate2 arrested larvae (ve915 homozygotes), and Dpy non-GFP mKate2+ (mIn1 homozygotes).
