Notes: This congenic line was produced by backcrossing ACI.FHH-[D1Rat74-D1Rat90] (also named Rf-1A, RGD:5143940) congenic rats to ACI rats to initiate the generation of Rf-1 congenic sublines. Offspring that had inherited a desirable recombination within the Rf-1 region were selected. These selected offspring were backcrossed and intercrossed to produce homozygous congenic sublines used for phenotyping.
